Summary.
When I am coaching young people you need to make any type of drill as fun and enjoyable as possible but still they need to learn something. I believe the warm-up that I coached were appropriate for the sessions and then followed the aims of the session. These included the basic ABC's skills that children need to develop which are Agility, Balance, Co-ordination and Speed. At the start the each warm-up I was really motivated and enthusiastic towards it, but near to the end I lost a bit of motivation and this had an impact on the participants. This is something which is really important and something I need to improve on to be a good coach. When Ben evaluated one of my warm-up it gave me a drive to become a better coach.
The main theme drills were the best out of the warm-ups and fun game because my first drill was a tennis drill and because I am a part time tennis coach this gave me a good advanced and having a good knowledge. At the end of the session me and the participants did a questions and answers and said they all found the session fun, intersecting and they found out something new.
Also within the main theme drills I used blocked and random practise when they were practising (one hitting and one throwing), they said that the blocked practise was easier as they were doing 10 hits then swap instead of 1 hit each time so I think this part of the session went well.
For the future sessions I believe that better organisation and planning will help me to develop as a better coach. A smart target would be to gain more coaching experience by coaching tennis sessions in schools with my tennis coach mentor, then start to coach one my own. Gain my level 3 tennis coaching award I would like to achieve this within the next 4-6 months.

Fun/Competition Drill
Having a fun/competition drill within your session makes the participants play proper points or match situations.
Fun/Competition drill
Sport is Tennis
Around the World-
Aims of the fun game is too have fun whilst set focusing on the technique of the forehand and backhand.
Equipment- Rackets, Tennis Balls.
Divide the group into two, with each group lining up on the opposite baselines. The coach stands near one of the net posts to feed a ball to the player in front of one line. This player must hit the ball into the court. Once again, you can vary the targets depending on the skill level of the players. After hitting, the player must run to his or her right around the net post and to the opposite end of the court. If a player misses his or her shot, an out is called. Three outs drop a player out of the game. The last two remaining players simply play points from a feed until one of them has three outs. The last player is the winner.Equipment- Rackets, Tennis Balls.
Positives of the fun game is that everyone really enjoyed it and because my instructions and demostrating were very good they understood well. Also the participants were orgainsed well and were safe while doing it. The negatives of the fun game when you lost all your lives you would be sitting out for the rest of the game doing nothing.

Evaluation
Before the session was delivered I did a session plan, The plan was quality and very accurate. In the session the use of demonstrations were really effective. Having the progression in the warm up had a fun and enjoyable aspect to it. Sometimes within the warm-up some of the participants found it boring so I swapped around the cops and the robbers, adding in a progression it made it more challenging for them. Within the warm-up I used different communication strategies, demonstrations and instructions. Firstly I had a loud voice so everyone could hear.
Warm-up Number 2
Follow the leader-
Aims of the warm-up is to follow intsructions from a leader this could link to working on team work.
One person is the leader and the other participants have to copy what the leader does. The leader can run, stop and turn. The group must keep in line. Try to keep up.
Evaluation
The warm-up was delivered well and the participants understood instructions and demonstrations.
Positives of the warm-up was there were different types of activities and progressions so the participants weren't doing the same thing throughout. Another positive is the space was used correctly and everyone was safe.
Areas of improvement would be to be more motivated and have more clear speech (not speaking too fast). Because the was big I could of spilt the group in half and had actvities going on at the same time.
Warm-up Number 3
Aims of the warm-up is for the participants to put something from real life to a fun and enjoyable warm-up.
Going Shopping- The participants start by pretending that they have a shopping trolley and they are pushing it. They start of slowly around the shopping market trying to avoid other people with their trollies.

Evaluation-
This is an a evaluation sheet from Ben Whitham doing a evaluation on one of my warm-ups.
Positives of the warm-up was that I explained and used good instructions for the drill. Also the safety of the participants for example how the equipment was set out and it didn't effect the participants. I did a risk assessment to see if there was any risks I did this for the safety of me and my participants.
Negatives of the warm-up was that when explaining I need to use demonstrations and make them more effective.
