2 Main Theme Drills


Main theme drill number 1
The first drill is a tennis drill called rally and recover.
Aims of the drill is to work as a pair to keep the consistency of a rally and then after hitting your shot get back and recover in a ready position.
Equipment- Rackets, Spots, Sponge tennis balls

Main theme number 2
This drill is a frisbee main theme working on technique or a skill.
Aims of the drill is to work on throwing a frisbee whilst you are moving. Also having the correct grip. 
Equipment- Frisbees,cones and lines. 


























Two or Three Fingers underneath and the thumb on the top
